I am so happy to be your child’s teacher. I would like to quickly introduce myself. My name is Meghan Willard and I am from Union, SC but recently moved to Clemson. In May 2014 I graduated from Lander University with a Bachelors’ of Science degree in Elementary Education. During student teaching I experienced adapting lessons to every students different needs based on their level in the particular subject. Because of this experience, I feel confident that this year will be very exciting and beneficial to both your student and myself. I learn new things from your child everyday as I hope they learn form me. Currently, I am enrolled at Clemson University to work towards my M.Ed. in Teaching and Learning and my Middle School certification in science. I enjoy watching football, playing tennis, and painting. My favorite books are any Harry Potter book!
Born and raised in Greenville, I am thrilled to be living in my hometown again and teaching with Einstein Academy! I completed undergraduate studies at UGA before earning a Master's in Education from USC. Since then I have taught in public schools, a charter school, and abroad in Africa. I look forward especially to incorporating training in Orton Gillingham and Integrative Arts within my classroom here at Einstein. Will and I are newly married and parents to 2 dogs, Bandit (border collie/lab mix) and puppy Lola (golden retriever). Together we love spending time with our families in SC and NC and being at the beach or on a boat. In addition to teaching, I also enjoy running, leading and participating in fitness classes, painting and crafts, traveling and reading.
Growing up in Chester, PA Quentin developed his passion for basketball at the young age of 6. He remembers playing basketball across the street using milk crates nailed to the telephone pole as the hoop. Growing up during those times taught him not only to be tough but gave him the passion and love for the game of basketball. Quentin today is the owner and founder of Fight or Flight Basketball Academy which operates out of Greenville 1st Baptist. Through his academy Quentin has been able to reach and teach 1000’s of kids through conducting camps and group classes that’s centered on teaching basketball skills and life lessons. Some of Quentin’s other accomplishments are he’s currently the assistant varsity basketball coach at St Joesph’s Catholic School, he has a plethora of knowledge on how to help people reach their fitness goals through his time as a fitness consultant/personal trainer, and Quentin is the director of one of the largest Travel Basketball Organizations in the Southeast which is the Upstate Warriors Basketball club which has 16 teams that competes against other teams locally and nationally. Out of the many accomplishments Quentin has achieved through coaching, teaching basketball skills, and helping numerous people achieve their health fitness goals, the one that he cherishes the most is his relationship with God and that he knows Jesus Christ as his savior.
